30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
At EverydayNutritionHub, customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your Herbalife product purchase, you may return it within 30 days from the date you received it to request either a refund or a product exchange. To start a return, please contact our team to request a Customer Refund Form. We will provide the return address and instructions. Simply send the completed form together with the product to the address provided.
Product Exchange
If you would like to exchange a product, you can do so within 30 days of receiving your order. This applies to all Herbalife nutrition and personal care products. Contact our support team and we will assist you through the exchange process. For your convenience, we will also cover the cost of the return shipping.
Damaged or Faulty Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please inform us within 30 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement at no additional charge. In these cases, the return shipping cost for the damaged item will also be covered by us.
Lost or Missing Return Shipments
EverydayNutritionHub cannot be held responsible for return parcels that are lost or stolen during transit. For this reason, we strongly recommend sending returns using a tracked and insured shipping service with delivery confirmation.
Return Processing Time
Once your returned item has been received at our warehouse, refunds or exchanges are usually processed within 2 business days. Please note that there may be a brief delay between the time the return is delivered and the moment we confirm receipt.
